如果您需要旅行前 COVID-19 测试，请确保您满足以下要求：
- 您没有任何新冠症状
- 您没有与阳性病例有过密切接触
- 您或您为其预订的任何受抚养人已年满 6 岁
- 对于旅客，您了解必须在出发前 48 至 72 小时内完成测试，并且测试结果将在您完成测试后 24 小时提供。*

什么情况下可以预约检测？
无论是出于学校、工作、旅行目的，还是仅仅为了让您安心，您可能有多种想要接收检测的原因。只要您没有症状，您都可以预约使用我们的 COVID-19 检测服务。在您预订之前，请查看问题“我是否符合测试要求？”以确保您顺利预约。
什么时候出检测结果？
Markham M Medical争取在24小时内提供Covid-19 PCR鼻咽拭子核酸检测结果。
但并不保证一定能在24小时内提供检测结果。
PCR 测试过程复杂，其中存在许多我们无法控制的因素。
Markham M Medical不对由于实验室周转时间过长或其他不可预见因素（例如污染样品、交通事故、自然灾害）而导致的后果，例如错过航班、迟到/丢失报告等。在上述情况下，我们不会退款。
如果您的报告没有按时出来，请联系我们的客服跟进您的报告。Markham M Medical将努力尽快获得您的报告。

Markham M Medical将通过电子邮件将您的测试结果发送至您提供的邮箱。
如果您在 24 小时后没有收到测试结果，请完成以下步骤：
- 检查您的垃圾文件夹，因为我们的电子邮件可能没有到达您的收件箱。
- 通过电话联系我们以确认您的电子邮件地址并确认结果：联系我们
如果我的测试呈阳性怎么办？
如果您的结果为阳性，请联系您当地的公共卫生部门。
